Commercial Litigation:

We provide a wide range of consultation and representation to individuals and business enterprises in the resolution and litigation of commercial disputes including Real Estate, Foreclosure, Banking, Construction, Contract and Employment Issues, Professional Malpractice, and Transactional Disagreements.

Criminal Defense:

With two former Prosecutors, our firm draws upon our past experience at the Pinellas County State Attorney’s Office.  We defend and protect the rights of all clients, including those who may be wrongfully accused.  We also seek to engage in an open dialogue with the Prosecutor regarding the circumstances of your case.  Our firm strives to handle these matters expeditiously and with the proper amount of discretion in order to protect your privacy interests.

Class Actions:

We protect the rights of those injured or killed as a result of faulty products or devices introduced into the marketplace by manufacturers.  Our prior experiences in fen-phen and tobacco litigation allow us to fully protect the interests of our clients by recognizing issues which may arise during this type of complex litigation.

Wills, Trusts and Estates Disputes:

While many estates and trusts are administered without conflict, sometimes disputes arise among family members concerning the distribution of the decedent’s property, which unavoidably result in litigation. Because of the familial relationships of the parties, this type of litigation can be emotionally difficult. Our clients’ legal issues require an appreciation and balance of the financial aspects of the litigation with the long-term personal and familial issues that often drive these types of disputes. Our firm handles disputes involving personal representatives, trustees, beneficiaries, heirs, guardians, trust companies and claims by creditors including:

  • Will and trust interpretation, construction and reformation
  • Disputed claims for and against estates and trusts
  • Lack of mental capacity
  • Fraud, duress and undue influence
  • Spousal rights and elective share proceedings
  • Determination of, and challenges to, heirship
  • Actions to recover assets
