Erin W. Lohmiller
Erin Whittemore Lohmiller joined The Whittemore Law Group, P.A. in 2012. Erin practices in the areas of trust and estate litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, and criminal defense.
Erin earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, where she was a Vice-President of her sorority, Delta Gamma. She later received her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law. After graduating from Stetson, she remained in Pinellas County and served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida for five years. While at the State Attorney’s Office, Erin tried over 40 jury trials in a variety of misdemeanor and felony cases, including aggravated domestic battery, assault, grand theft, drug trafficking, burglary, arson and driving under the influence. She also actively prosecuted individuals charged with serious crimes including murder, sexual battery, and fraud.
Erin was born and raised in St. Petersburg and lives in the community with her husband, Clark Lohmiller. Erin enjoys playing tennis and golf, and fishing and scuba diving. She also is a fan of the Tampa Bay Rays and Florida Gators.
